EcoFry Wins Bronze Medal for the Second Year Running at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show

EcoFry ELITE has once again been awarded a bronze medal by the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show, in Class 5, Culinary Oil (any base other than olive oil).

This marks the second consecutive year EcoFry ELITE has received this recognition. The Sydney Royal Fine Food Show judges oils on aroma, palate, and overall performance, with all entries required to be 100% Australian origin.

While EcoFry ELITE is well known for helping commercial kitchens get more from their frying oil, this recognition highlights something we are equally proud of. EcoFry ELITE is not just for the fryer. A quality culinary oil needs to perform across the whole kitchen, and that is where versatility becomes a real advantage for foodservice operators, from pan frying, sautéing, and roasting through to baking, marinades, dressings, and sauces.

For commercial kitchens, that versatility means:

One versatile oil across multiple applications, reducing the need to manage separate oils for different cooking processes.

Consistent culinary performance, helping chefs achieve repeatable results across high volume production.

A neutral flavour profile, designed to complement food rather than overpower it.

Lower absorption for a better eating experience, particularly important in frying.

Operational simplicity, with one high quality oil helping to streamline purchasing, storage, and kitchen inventory.

A product independently recognised for the second consecutive year, giving our customers another level of confidence in the quality of the product they are putting into their kitchens.

Thank you to the judges and organisers of the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show, and to our team, partners, and customers, for the support behind this result. For us, this recognition is not simply about a medal. It is confirmation that EcoFry ELITE performs the way we say it does, in every part of the kitchen.
